District-Level Benchmarking Across Rural India
The Rural Quality of Life Index measures the living conditions of more than 900 million rural citizens across 707 districts using 72 district-level indicators, organised across 9 thematic domains and powered by 14 public administrative datasets.
It enables governments, researchers, and development partners to compare district performance, identify development gaps, and prioritise interventions using consistent, evidence-based metrics.
Rural Quality Life Experience Index
Village-level intelligence for political leaders, governance systems, and development practitioners
Built using Mission Antyodaya Survey data from 660,000 villages, this platform provides detailed village-level insights through a composite index based on:
