DIU holds a standing Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry as its Technical Advisory team for Mission Antyodaya, the world’s largest rural survey. Our role spans the complete data lifecycle: finalising indicators, designing survey instruments, training state-level officers across India, partnering with NIC to build the data-capture application, and generating gram panchayat-level scores and rankings.

CitizenSpeak for Viksit Bihar 2047
Bihar Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar
DIU supported the state government’s data-driven vision for 2047 through the CitizenSpeak outreach survey, designed in an online-enabled format to reach citizens at scale.
We managed end-to-end analytics, predictive modelling for key performance indicators through to 2047, and comprehensive data-mining support for all contributors including NITI Aayog.

Tibetan Diaspora Census
The Tibet Fund | India and Nepal
DIU led the end-to-end execution of the Tibetan diaspora census across India and Nepal, designing the questionnaire, building the digital data-capture application, training Tibetan youth as enumerators, and conducting detailed analytics for census reporting.
We also developed an interactive Census Dashboard that enables stakeholders to mine the data visually, surfacing insights that go well beyond the printed report.
